Jacob Klug spent weeks building an OpenClaw operating system using Lovable for the UI layer, connecting his agent through API endpoints. The result: a personal AI operating system with full visibility into what the agent does.
Visual Dashboard: Memory System, Agent Architecture, and Custom UI
Instead of just using OpenClaw through Telegram or Discord, Jacob built a custom UI:
- Lovable: Visual development platform for building the frontend
- API endpoints: Custom endpoints connecting the UI to OpenClaw's agent
- Memory system: Visual representation of the agent's knowledge and context
- Agent architecture: Full visibility into how agents process tasks
The motivation: "I decided to build it with Lovable as I have more control, visibility & infrastructure." Most OpenClaw users interact through messaging apps. Jacob wanted a dashboard.
