7-agent AI marketing team with full setup
7-Agent AI Marketing Team Built with OpenClaw: Full Setup Guide
Rithik Motupalli built a 7-agent AI marketing team with OpenClaw instead of hiring or burning out doing marketing manually. Each agent has exactly one job, with file-based handoffs between them. No complex orchestration layer needed.
File-Based Agent Handoffs: From Reddit Research to Twitter Threads
Seven agents, each in its own agents/ subfolder with a dedicated AGENTS.md:
- Axis (orchestrator): Coordinates the other six. Doesn't produce content. Decides what runs and in what order
- medium-research: Scrapes Reddit for pain signals. Outputs ranked article ideas with evidence
- medium-writer: Takes one idea and writes a full draft with structure, hooks, and images
- content-repurposer: One article becomes 1 Twitter thread + 3-5 standalone tweets + community posts
- tweet-gen: Independent tweets from trend intel (not from articles)
- trend-intel: Scrapes Twitter for trending topics, viral hooks, high-engagement posts
- engagement-intel: Finds specific conversations where jumping in with a real reply adds value
Handoffs are file-based: each agent outputs to agents/<name>/output/latest.json. The next agent reads from that path. No message passing, no complex orchestration. Just files.
Fully Operational Marketing Team Running Overnight for Solo Founders
Fully operational 7-agent marketing team. Rithik wakes up to ranked article ideas, trending topics, engagement opportunities, and draft content. Review takes about 20 minutes. The actual creation happens while he sleeps.
