7-agent AI marketing team with full setup
Rithik Motupalli built a 7-agent marketing team instead of hiring or burning out. Each agent has one job, with file-based handoffs between them.
What Each Agent Does
- Axis (orchestrator): coordinates, doesn't produce content
- medium-research: scrapes Reddit for pain signals, ranks article ideas
- medium-writer: writes full drafts with hooks and images
- content-repurposer: one article → 1 thread + 3-5 tweets + community posts
- tweet-gen: standalone tweets from trend data
- trend-intel: scrapes Twitter for viral hooks
- engagement-intel: finds conversations worth joining
How He Built It
Each agent in its own subfolder with AGENTS.md. Handoffs via agents/<name>/output/latest.json. No message passing. Just files. Published on Medium.
Results: Full marketing team runs overnight. Morning review takes 20 minutes.
Most solo founders I know either ignore marketing entirely or burn out trying to do it all manually. I chose a third option.
